i wrote encryption of cryptography algorithm
can anyone write decryption ?
algorithm a little looks like cezar cipher
in encryption two parameters sum together
for decprytion two parameter should Subtraction

The code you have at the download site is missing characters (at least <, >, and "). You need to either post the code here (possibly in two or three parts if it's too long to fit into one post) or you need to upload the original code to the download site as a zip file.
