Abstract OS class

For an assignment I need to design NetworkConfigApplication for an embedded device using abstract the OS dependent APIs that can have Ethernet or Wireless or both the components. The user shall be able to configure Static or DHCP IP. The wireless component shall be of type personal or enterprise with scan capable.

I am not able to start with high level class design
