C++ programming exercises at end of each chapter.

At the beginning of the exercises the book says the following:

However, this web page has C++ source code for the examples programs only, no source code for end of chapter exercises.

Any way to download C++ source code for end of chapter exercises for this Ivor Horton's book please?
