Visual FoxPro: Access Denied

Hello everyone! Please help me to solve my problem with Visual FoxPro(VFP) program.
I receive "Access Denied" error when opening .dbf file after installing VFP 9.0.  
Can anyone advise me how to open this file? Or how to ​​repair dbf?
