problems with a project concerning common data for more programs

so, i have to do this project using C++ and flash.
so my project emplyies introducing names and grades in a data base, deleting that, modiying that etc.very easy..BUT The problem is i have to make push buttons in Flash for every subprogramme in C,and in order to do so i have to transform every subprogramme in a programme, and that's a problem because i have common this data that needs to be modified in every programmes everytime i change something in one of them. And i really don't know how to do that
please, if anyone understood my problem, help:((
