Forgive for being pessimistic, but:
Sounds like malware to me.

I would like know how malware, spyware, viruses and other stuff is working.
Knowing for its own has no attribute of "good" or "bad".
The CallTree or the HookedProcess Section of the ApiMonitor seems to be a good indicator if an other process is startet :
