Estd Bjarne Stroustrup extensions to std

Hi,

I am studying The C++ Programming Language, 4th Edition, and it states in pg. 715 that the constraint checks used in that book (and other extensions to std, placed in namespace Estd) are available in the book's support site. However I cannot find it there!!

Anyone know where exactly that is?
