Most of programmer said that you need to know the basic of C++ to easily learn other programming language.

So, What is define by basic? OOP? Conditional????????

Sorry, English is not my first language and I want to learn new programming language also.

I don't think that is true. I think many other languages are better introductions to programming than C++.

By basics, they probably mean logic flow; if, case and loop statements, functions, arithmetic and logic, using objects and algorithms.
