i want to create a programm oa a Housing Market (need address, #of Bed, # of bath, sqfeet, price)
that show:
show the 2 bed houses,
average house price on the market,
most expensive house in the market,
smallest house in the market,
largest house in the market,
cheapest house,
show the houses that cost less than a threshold - for example 300,000,
show houses that have more then n sqr feet - say 2000, etc.)
