Need help with vector subscript out of range

The error occurs when i set the breakpoint at the "{". however there is no error when i set it at "satisfiedOrders()".

That function reads a txt file, here is a snippet of the entries: http://tinypic.com/r/nq8oaw/9. sorry for the terrible quality I don't know how to wrap text in visual studio it is my first time using it.

The code to read from the file looks a bit fragile.
A sample of the input file would be useful.
