Hello all ,
I was watching a talk by one of the famous people in C++ world by Scott Meyers, the author of Effective C++. He mentioned something about the purpose of C++.
He said, "C++ is a language for library writers".
What does he mean by that ?

Presumably he goes on to elaborate on that in his own talk?
It's had to know what someone means from a single line that you've pulled out of context.
I can think of a few things he might mean, but without knowing the context in which he said that, they'd just be guesses.
