Qt Cannot open file 'shell32.lib'

Hey guys, I'm trying to compile a simple qt application and I get the follow error message: cannot open file 'shell32.lib'. Any ideas on how to fix this? I've been trying to figure this out for the past 2 hours lol then again I'm running on an hour of sleep. Any tips on solving this is much appreciated. I'm running windows 10 if that helps
