Is there a way i can use the beep function in turbo c++?
Like it is used in codeblocks.

If you want the Windows Beep() functionality (where it plays a nice wave file on the sound card): I'm pretty sure it can be done, but I haven't looked into linking a 32/64-bit DLL with a 16-bit program before.
