Where can I get already written code for editing photos

Hi Guys, I am working on an application that requires some photo editing functionality in it and I do not want to re-invent the wheel. so I was wondering if there is some place where I can find already made C++ code for editing photos. I am talking about changing the photo's contrast, saturation or gray scaling it, basic functionality like that.
