MIDI bank select effect on channel 10 and default bank?
According to what I've read MIDI channel 10 is reserved for percussion. The soundfont 2.4 spec says bank 128 is reserved for percussion, but is the MIDI channel any different from other channels?
Is the (default) bank on channel 10 128 or 0 when the device is reset?
How does the channel respond to a MIDI bank change? Is it executed or ignored?
