How would I get the Harmonic Pieces of a given Frequency

Hello,
I am able to get a frequency from a data set using the FFTW algorithm, but I was wondering how could I get the top harmonic frequencies from the FFTW transformation?

Is there are certain function to use, or is there some information that would be helpful?
