no Windows Form Application

It says select Windows Forms application, but there is no such thing on my menu.
I have Visual Studio 2013 Express 64 bit.
I thought those templates came standard, or do I have to download these?
Where can I get these?
In my menu, Windows Form Application only appears under C#, but I want it in C++.
How do I achieve this?
I try to avoid libraries, they are a pain to get working.
