MultiLevel pointer in C++

Hi,

in the last time i was using the debugger in the CheatEngine, and i know how to write base address + offset in C++. but, multilevel pointer is something different

so my question is: how to write a pointer which i can make with function : pointer Scan for this address

so, please, give me example how it could look

i tried to search on internet, but i cant understand
