curl and libcurl

Hi,

I wanted to use libcurl so that I could get the following c++ example program shown below to run on a Windows 7 64 bit computer using codeblocks. I'm very new to programming so I know very little about installing libraries. For example, the download page for the library is at http://curl.haxx.se/download.html but I'm not sure which one to download. There are several to choose from for Windows 64 namely, Windows 64 Generic, cygwin, and MinGW64. First off which one should I download? Then after I unzip it I assume I have to build it. What precisely am I supposed to type into the command prompt? Then I assume I need to click certain things in codeblocks. What do I click inside codeblocks and type to get the following c++ example program below to run?
