someone explain this game code to me?

ok this game code contains 2 games in it:

1)click the circle as much as possible in less than 5 seconds. everytime you click on it, the circle moves.

2)click the circle as much as possible in less than 5 seconds. The circle doesn't move.

after 5 seconds, both games go to a score page.
