What type of new C++ project do I open?

Empty? WinConsole32? WinConsoleApp?

I am trying to connect libcurl and https://github.com/aphenriques/quote <-dwnd zip and do this with me.

I downloaded-7.36.0

I could not stand the #include <curl/curl.h> so I made it <curl.h>

I tried to connect the include file to the c++ general properties, but I don't think that worked that is why I made it <curl.h>

Then I ran all these files and got an error and someone said I didn't connect the objects files but I don't know how to do that.

Can someone try this out and tell me how to do it. Thanks
