Whenever i boot the program 'test.exe' it stops working

Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried rebuilding then compiling and then running it again but it always doesn't respond. This is the only project I have that is doing this. My graphics games are working, however in this one it is only opening a window using the initwindow() function.
