Is there a third party licensing & activation product that will allow me to setup my program as a subcription?

I have a program written in C++ that I would like to take to market. I would like to set it up so that it will "phone home" and see if the license key is active. I will handle all the credit card stuff on my website. I will also handle the reoccurring billing via my server. So I just need the application to send the activation code to the server when they first install,and then to periodically phone home to see if it is still active. I'm wondering if there is a third party tool that can do all this for me. Thanks for any advice.
