Code for Medical Application

I'm planning to build a free medical application for windows mobile, which contains information of various diseases, their symptoms and patient counseling points. But i don't even have basic knowledge of C++. yup it sounds funny, but im planning to provide free health education to patients. Could somebody tell me the basic skeleton of code. I'll enter all the data once its ready .
the application contains various diseases . once the patient selects the disease it shows 3 columns symptoms, treatment and patient counseling.
