IF within For problems

Hi all,

I put this into the beginners forum but I'm not sure that was the correct place for it if you would care to have a look, I have quite a long code done but cant seem to figure out how to display a simple else message after the if within a for loop as it displays 3 times, due to records in my struct.

Any advice would be appreciated,
