Problem understanding while, do while, for, if then else cycles.

Hello. To be more specific, I know how to use what specified before, but in an exercise I don't know how to solve it using right solution.

I am searching for someone that can tell me, help me find a way (book with beginner exercises, etc) to understand more and be better at programming. Thanks

I think you'd better ask about specific exercises - each in separate post, providing problem statement and your consideration about solution.

Also, perhaps your set of exercises proposes too steep learning curve for you. Perhaps first exercises at
