Hash Tables and Queues - URGENT

For my homework I need to create a hash table with a size of 7. I also need to create a queue that holds 3 names maximum for each table position. If you could please show me some code on how to do this and explain to me how it works that would be awesome. Don't worry about being too general because I'm sure I can fix whatever doesn't work for me.

I have been looking everywhere online and only find people who are asking about different tables that I don't know how to use so I can't change the code to fit my needs. I really need someone to explain to me how to make a hash table please. My homework is due tomorrow before class (so pretty much by tonight because I don't have time to do it in the morning)
