Question is title. Thanks. I need one since my project is one-man run right now & is suffering from lack of documentation. Are there better free alternatives to Doxygen. I don't have the doxygen plugin installed yet, but before I do I want to know about the "market".
Requirements:
-easy to install or plugin with Codeblocks (my primary IDE).
-supports file formats: .html\.htm, .txt, .xml (not necessary but a plus)
-simple & intuitive interface.
-decent amount of formating option.
-medium quality or higher. Maybe as decent as Netbeans's documentator.
It must be able to write out class/function descriptions and possibly (not required) a class diagram & hierarchy graph.
My last question, Is there such a thing as an auto-commentor for class bodies, function declarations, and types (return and parameters) in general. I don't need a commenter for the implementation itself just the surrounding bodies (interfaces).
I know a lot of you are pro and i thank you if you respond. I am looking for a good solution myself but I'm interested what you all think is the best. I want to spend less time documenting by graph in hand and more time coding my ideas.
