hello i was we ondering if it is possible to write a program that can read the characters that are currently displayed by some other program (for example just any browser) or if that is not possible is it at least possible to read what's the state (i mean colors etc) of the pixel at a specific location?
If this is possible can anyone point me a guide about it or anything useful ?

Help please? :/ I just remembered something with a .sfx file which did something with pixels maybe that can help ? :/ Or GLSL or anythin?
