Hi, How do I create an executable file with netbeans project? I am pretty new to programming and computers all together so it is even harder for me to pose a question. Until today I created projects within netbeans, compiled and run my little programs inside of it. But now I have to create a program that passes control to another program using system command and returns it back. As my professor explained, I need to have an executable program in the same directory as the main program. And he can't help me 'cause he doesn't know well my operating system, which is Mac. I know where my files are stored (projects), but I don't see anything with exe extension. Can they be somewhere else?
