What is the best book to buy,right now, to teach my self c++?

I think that there is no the best book. But in any case you should buy a book that based on the new C++ 2011 standard. I do not advice to buy "Programming. Principles and Practice using C++.' by Bjarne Straustrup. It is not a book on C++. It is a book around C++.
