C++ Primer (5th ed, Lippman, not Prata): Where can I find the source code for examples?
Hello.
Where is it possible to find the source code of examples in that book? Exactly the 5th edition needed. I found some examples but they are from the 4th edition. I don't know yet if they work for the 5th, so just to be safe I'm interested in finding the latest.
For now I'm on the 1st chapter and need "Sales_item.h" header file.
