Having noob problems

I have some issues just making a line go up and down on the screen. Instead of keep posting here which i think i might annoy someone. My skype is chrisgotpropz and I would be super thankful if someone could tutor me or teach me about about these statements and how things work.

On the contrary, this is a HELP FORUM. You post your problems here and someone will try to help. Sounds like what you need to do, from first glance, is delete the line's previous position and recreate it elsewhere, continuously. Post some code, and someone could know for sure what is wrong.
