linkers, linker libraries, other linker options, search directories...what are they?
i got sdl to work simply because i sussed out that it wants to know where lib files are so i put all copies of the files in system 32 and i told the linker to look everywhere, that and i followed the tutorials, i proly got it all working through jammyness because i spent 6 hours just tweaking things till they work.
but now im supposed to get headers and source files to know where to look for the main.cpp so i might have to reset my old sdl files, i could spend another six hours...is there a quick and easy explanation?
