How to start making a game in c++

Hi, my name is AHMAD & i have just started to learn to make a computer game in C++
but i have no idea how to make such a game and don't know the tutorial link etc
Here are some specifications"
1)i am Using WINDOWS 8
2) Mine compiler is MICROSOFT VISUAL STUDIO 2010
3)i want to make a simple game like

PACMAN, Snakes and ladder, Telephone dictionary etc

Please, help me i want it to know!

Learn the C++ (or another) language first.
Then learn to use OpenGL or another graphics library.

Or do you only want to make console mode games for now? For that you still have to learn C++.

Get very well acquainted with the C++ programming language.
Some libraries you may want to note in your game development is Microsoft's DirectX software development kit.
You may also want to look into Windows Programming (both the subject and the forum).
