Windows Form Application...

Hi, just wondering if they are a way I can create a Window without using Windows Visual c++? Basicly just wont a window to display text and pictures?

I've had a look around but the one's I look at really don't make sense so I was wondering if someone could set it straight for me please?

Well, visual C++ is Microsofts c++ compiler. If you want to create a window, you can either use the MFC, or if you want to display some text and pictures you can also use Microsofts Visual Basic express 2010. Its free and fairly easy to use. You can have a window and text with pictures in under an hour.
