Launching Screen C++
How can I make a screen like the one when you launch Visual Basic C++ Express
and there is a screen in the center before it actually starts.

Do you mean a splash screen? What graphics library are you using? If you're using Qt, I think there's a QSplashScreen class. Otherwise, I would consult your graphics libraries API.

Yeah Qt is good and free. Also try embarcadero's RAD studio C++ XE2. but you have to buy!!!-that's bad
