I don't think anyone here can "teach" you C++. You should get a solid book and start learning. We can help you if you post a problem.

Mother is a japanese videogame lasting from 1989 to 2006 some others are making mother 4 using cplusplus i had the same idea

If you have no programming knowledge, it will take time. Maybe 2 - 3 years if you are dedicated ?

What you need is a good ebook. cprogramming.com has links to a good one, and there is a good starter tutorial on there. I suggest them and also the pdf tutorial on this site.
