im a beginner in using OpenCV and i want to know how can i open video using OpenCV ,not capturing video from camera but open video already stored in my pc?
and also i want to know if i can use use mobile to capture video by program using OpenCV, if there is a tool or program to connect mobile camera to c++ program ?
plz can anyone help me, i need it ASAP
