Makefile and configure question

I'm having problem to understanding how to make makefile and configure and also other file that my source code can be compiled.

Where i can get explanation to make this file, or maybe someone can help me to understand this.

Go to www.google.com and do type Makefile.

You probably need to understand how to use gcc compiler first.
