Modem AT and extended Command C++.

Hello Everyone.

I am trying to write a small program that can communicate with my phone or USB dongle. It will read and send text messages.

Can anyone point me to a book to read for this, ie serial port programming. Or, maybe there web tutorial.

Also a list of AT extended command list and purpose would be nice have.
