UML to c++ code

There is any soft that can generate code from UML diagram like simulink in Matlab ???

Not that I've heard of, but if you are good at doing UML then making code from it by hand wouldn't be that hard a challenge.

Years ago there was Together C++ (I think), that did that.

Doxygen produces interesting diagrams too, you could take a look at that.
