GNU Make File

I have c++ and when I try to open it, it says "There doesn't seem to be GNU Make file in PATH or in Dev C++'s Bin path. Please make sure that you have GNU Make and adjust Bin settings or system PATH environment variable and that make settings in Compiler Options contains correct filename, otherwise you will not be able to compile anything." and I don't know what that file is and how to make it work with the Dev.
