Needs to run at a certain time...
I need a program that runs at one specific time.
For example, when Im out, my computer might be on. I need an application that shuts it down at 10.
Or like a timer.
Like my computer must shutdown 6 minutes from now.
Something that lets you put measure on time, so you can use it in your program.
Im still very new, so use easy terms on me.

For this sort of thing, it's common to use one of the existing scheduling systems provided by most common operating systems.
*nix uses cron, for example. Other operating systems have analogues.
