resources for object oriented programming

Hi Everybody

I am new in C++ programming. I need it to do my projects. I have problem with object oriented programming. I want to change all of my programs and rewrite them in object oriented manner.
I have some C++ books but I can not understand object oriented well.
Please Introduce some good books and tutorials for understanding OO better
