Trying to setup SDL with Microsoft Visual Studio Ultimate 2010?

I was watching a Tutorial on how to set up SDL, so I downloaded the file, blah blah, then I went to Tools>Options>VC++ Directories and it says:
VC++ Directories editing in Tools > Options has been deprecated.
I can't do nothing ):< how do I undeprecate it so I can start using SDL.

It's under project properties now.
Oh Ok, I see, but does it matter if I setup SDL the way I did with OpenGL placing it's .DLL in the dll files along in c++ folders, or do I really have to setup SDL differently.
Ok so, I went to Project>Properties and all I have to do is set up the file...
How is that done... how do I add my file directory?
C:\Users\Anonymousz\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\SDL-1.2.15
Trying to add that, all I see on the top is (Activie Debug), ActiveWin32 and
CONFIGURATION MANAGER.

Expand configuration properties (click the arrow on the left).
