a question regarding using for looop to read data

it's me programmer-x, new to Cplusplus.com and also new to c++.....

how i can read data containing numbers and characters from a file using for loop
structure
e.g i wanna read this ACSF112012 PROGRAMMER-X

Do you want to read each separate character into an array, or into separate variables, or each word into string? Or something completely different?
