General Ticket Sales
I am trying to write a C++ program to use on a hand held proagram that would print tickets and continue adding ticket numbers. I also need to print a company logo and company name and sales agent on the ticket. Each agent will have his/her own hand-held PDA. I need to connect to a computer at the end of the day to do accounting purposes. demetrius@electrotechbahamas.com

You have a pretty comprehensive list of requirements; graphical output, networking capabilities, programming for mobile devices with print capabilities. Whilst the actual logic of the program would appear to be pretty simple, your implementation of it is a little more difficult.
I'd say it's a project that it out of bounds of a beginner. Judging by the email address, it's for a legitimate business use and not just a hypothetical project. Therefore, I'd still say your best advice is to hire a programmer. It's a pretty intricate system you're after and having buggy, amateur-coded software would probably wind up being detrimental to your productivity and business.
