Jobs and the like
I very much enjoy learning C++ and teaching myself Java(slowly as work is being a pain). I just had a quick question on programing jobs. What kind of jobs do they have out in the field for after I finish college? Are there specific fields that are for beginners? The only jobs I know of are software engineers and database managers, and I dont even know what the later does.

It'll give you an idea of what is out there. Not everything is for an engineer. Software is a diverse field. Imagine any application and know that a programmer had to have worked on it.
One of the nice things about having this skill is that you can create things from your imagination without much investment (other than time). That means that if you ever have a great idea you're in.
