PLEASE I NEED A HELP, PLSSSSS!

I had read through many posts on different topics but i'm still confussed. I downloaded some tutorial which i read few of them but yet can't even code a complete '' Hello world, i'm a C++ program''.

I was reffered to download Code Blocks which i had but it's difficult for me to understand, write codes.
I sold some of my belongins to enable me purchase a laptop, yet i can't code, plsss help me because i'm going crazy.

Where, what and hold should i properly start learning and with what tutorial or compiler should i use.

Well, considering you're on cplusplus.com I would pretty recommend the tutorial on this website ;-)

Please next time you post use more precise titles, it's very useful when the other people use the search function.

You can try Code::Blocks or Visual Studio Express for an example. But your questions are already very documented and a simple search on google would give you the answers.
